Starla Joyner
Starla is a director, leadership strategist, keynote speaker, panel advisor who helps organizations build courageous cultures where people thrive, innovation accelerates, and business performance follows.
With more than two decades of experience leading revenue growth, sales enablement, healthcare technology, and AI transformation, Starla has learned that the greatest obstacles facing organizations are rarely technical, they're human. Fear silences ideas, slows innovation, erodes trust, and quietly shapes company culture in ways leaders often fail to recognize.
Through powerful storytelling, practical leadership strategies, and deeply authentic conversations, Starla challenges audiences to rethink the relationship between fear, bravery, and love in the workplace. She believes that courageous leadership isn't about having all the answers, it's about creating environments where people feel safe enough to ask better questions, take meaningful risks, and bring their whole selves to work.

Dr. Jacqui Regenbogen
Dr. Regenbogen helps organizations build workplaces where people feel welcomed, understood, and equipped to succeed.
With experience spanning corporate leadership, nonprofit organizations, human resources, employee communications, and inclusion strategy, Jacqui turns big cultural goals into practical programs that work in real life. Her expertise includes inclusive onboarding, employee relations, leadership development, program design, and creating more accessible communication across languages and lived experiences.
As a multilingual consultant, Jacqui brings a valuable cross-cultural perspective to organizations serving diverse employees, customers, and communities. She is especially skilled at identifying where language, communication, or workplace systems may unintentionally create barriers—and helping teams replace those barriers with clarity, connection, and belonging.
Jacqui also has specialized experience helping organizations better support employees navigating cancer, chronic illness, disability, and other significant life circumstances.

Lauren Manriquez, PMP
Lauren is a PMP-certified Program Manager with more than seven years of experience leading healthcare technology implementations, operational improvements, and complex cross-functional initiatives. She specializes in bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complicated projects—helping organizations improve processes, increase team efficiency, and successfully navigate growth and operational change.
Lauren’s experience working remotely has also deepened her interest in how organizations can create healthier, more flexible, and more human ways of working. She understands that where and how people work can directly affect their well-being, engagement, and ability to perform. She believes productivity should not come at the expense of physical health, mental wellness, or life outside of work.
Through bKIND Strategy Group, Lauren helps organizations strengthen operations, develop more effective workflows, manage complex initiatives, and create structures that support both performance and people. She brings together strategic thinking, organization, and genuine care—helping teams work more effectively while building healthier and more sustainable workplaces.
Lindsey Heyntsen
Lindsey is the founder and lead strategist of bKIND Strategy Group & Consulting, where she helps organizations transform big ideas into clear brands, stronger cultures, and strategies people can actually put into action.
With more than two decades of experience spanning sales growth, brand development, leadership, operations, community engagement, events, and organizational expansion, Lindsey brings a rare ability to see both the bigger vision and the details required to make it successful.
Lindsey believes the strongest organizations are built from the inside out. When leaders understand their values, communicate with clarity, and create environments where people feel respected and connected, their brand becomes more authentic, their teams become more engaged, and sustainable growth follows.
Known for her creativity, resourcefulness, and people-first approach, Lindsey helps clients uncover what makes them meaningful—and turn it into something others can clearly see, feel, and support.
